Casa Bonita Beach

Wow!! The house is amazing!! Everything was as pictured. Beautiful living spaces inside and out to accommodate our group of 12.. Pool was perfect and bedrooms all large with their own bathrooms. Short walk to a very private beach and easy drive into Tamarindo. Use of Beach Club was an added bonus. Arranged a wonderful catamaran excursion through Beto our concierge He also helped us arrange in house massages and a chef duo to cook an amazing meal for us one night We did a surf lesson for a large group and a kayaking excursion and hike to see native trees and animals/birds. Everything was near perfect. (Only minor inconvenience was getting additional people through security such as a chefs and pizza delivery.)

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bonita Beach! The house looks even better in person than in pictures. It was more than enough space for the 12 of use. We really enjoyed all of the sitting areas where we could hang out and relax. Ale our house maid was wonderful! She made the best Costa Rican and American breakfast for us and we were amazed at how quick it was ready! Stay at Tamarindo is a great company and helped take a lot of the load of coordinating 12 people off! I would recommend this home to anyone it’s a great choice!

Stay in Tamarindo staff

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Bonita Beach last week for my Dad’s 70th bday. Elsa replaced our old coordinator a few days before our trip and didn’t miss a beat! She was on top of all of our reservations and made the transition very smooth. Our housemaid, Ale, was the best. I was shocked to see how quickly she made breakfast for 12. We also had a small maintenance issue that was taken care of within an hour of being notified. I will definitely recommend Stay in Tamarindo to anyone traveling to Costa Rica, they made planning a trip for 12 people a breeze and I can’t thank Elsa enough for taking some of the “planning stress” off my back. If you plan of going to Tamarindo, this company was top tier and will help you plan the most amazing trip.

We stayed at Casa Bonita Beach (6/14 - 6/19). A wonderful experience and memories created for a lifetime. Property was well kept, house was very clean and our housekeeping service fabulous. Pool was warm and kids enjoyed the water slide. Even had some wildlife visitors on the property from time to time; it’s expected in eco-friendly Costa Rica.

The house is incredible! Expertly designed with access to the pool and outdoor space from anywhere in the house and impeccably maintained. The house is very close to the JW Marriott for a quick bite and the beach club on the property is a must! Both can be accessed by renting a golf cart as can the market for replenishing any food and beverage during your stay. Alejandra made us amazing meals every morning and made sure that the house was always in order. Our concierge, Mariam, exceeded all of our expectations in every way. She was responsive and made excellent recommendations for excursions and meals, all of which she arranged for us. Everything was executed flawlessly and I don't know how we would have managed without her. One of the best travel experiences we've had, highly recommend!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group vacation. The outdoor space is amazing for dinners outside, lounging in the shade under the canopy, a dip in the pool, and the slide is a must! Alejandra made us delicious breakfasts every morning, including an authentic Costa Rican one, and took excellent care of keeping the house in order. Our concierge, Mariam, was incredible. She was responsive and took care of all of our needs during our vacation which made it all the more relaxing. From rides to excursions to recommendations for meals, she handled everything and made sure our stay was everything we wanted. We have been considering a trip to Costa Rica for 3 years. This was our first family vacation in that long. The reason for the trip was to commemorate a final wish of my wife”s. She passed away before we could all visit together. So this trip was for her, by the kids and I. We have never been to Costa Rica and knew very little. We looked at many Villas and areas, but when we saw the images of Casa Bonita Beach, we fell in love. Booking was made easy by the staff at Lucere. The big test was when we arrived… would it live up to the pictures…. It did. This place is a little oasis. It was perfect for us to recharge and delectable and remember. This was the place my wife imagined for us , I am grateful for all the assistance we received to make the short trip memorable. I will definitely return.

Long corridor and huge kitchen and eating area. We had private chefs for breakfast lunch and dinner. The was cool at night and great layoput to get to the pool. We had a open air gazebo and pool with a slide. I did go in a few times but most of my time was spent on excursions, which Mariam our house concierge helped set up. They were responsive and helpful. There is a ton do at Hacienda Pinilla from mountain biking,snorkeling, golf, and tennis. Tamarindo was a short drive away. We loved the resort so much were coming back with our kids to rent another house soon! Definitely a week to remember!

This past December/January we had a wonderful holiday in Casa Bonita! It exceeded our expectations. While the Villa looks exactly as it does in the pictures, it was the actual layout that worked so well for our extended families. Everyone had what they needed there was space inside and out to enjoy ourselves and also have privacy. The wonderful part is that we were near the beach and also a private beach club which was excellent. The sunsets were absolutely outstanding and the beach is pleasant short walk. The property was very private and quiet and well-kept . We had an absolutely outstanding house mom, Alejandra! And our concierge Mariam was helpful and accommodating. We would strongly recommend having a car for grocery runs and trips into Tamarindo or other areas for various activities. We would also recommend a golf cart.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita! It is a beautiful house that is great for a large group as everyone has their own room and bathroom with plenty of space. Mariam was very helpful and attentive to our needs/questions! Added bonus of having Alejandra there during the week from 8-5pm to cook us breakfast and keep everything clean for us! The community is great, very quiet and peaceful. The beach is close by for a morning walk. Would definitely recommend Casa Bonita!

We rented the house for a group of 12. It is a beautiful house and a great place for that many people with lots of space and a bathroom in every room. My parents stayed out in the casita as it was quiet and more private for them. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this house!!

The only real issue was washer not working during our stay but clothes were laundered offsite one. The trip was made amazing by the Concierge Mariam. In all our worldwide travels we have never experienced such a responsive, professional and going out of the way concierge service. I couldn't give this place a better review. Whether its the pool, house layout, golf course or location this place has it all. The bedrooms where all very spacious. The pool and waterslide was enjoyed throughout the day by the kids and adults alike and the outdoor spaces were perfect for a large group. The community was safe, clean, and had everything you need whether it be a beach club, golf, tennis, restaurants, etc. Above all our concierge Mariam was out of this world. She was able to organize anything and everything we needed from adventures to transportation and even Covid Pre-Departure testing at the house. Our family stayed in the home for 5 weeks. It was important to us that the house we rented be well kept, had professional management and high speed internet to work remotely. This house had it all. During our stay there were a few issues that came up as expected but they were all dealt with quickly and professionally. Mariam was a HUGE asset as she helped us navigate the area and help us with any possible request we had! She was always a pleasure to chat with and was available night and day. We can not say enough good things about her and the management company. The house was 10/10. Incredible outdoor space, properly furnished and well designed inside. Hacienda Pinilla is the perfect community for a young family. Lots to do and see by bike, walk or golf cart.

We're repetitive clients and we just love the peace and freedom we have inside the community Las Golondrinas (inside Hacienda Pinilla) every morning a 3 minute walk to the beach to check out the tide and get the oxygen flowing can't be beat. At mid tide there are water pools where you can relax for hours. All year around surf is great, low or high tide. The house is just perfect... clean, open, and very light. The large outdoor area has plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy. Rooms are super spacious and all with their own bathroom. The new addition is a small suite/studio with a king size bed, kitchenette, large bathroom for handicap, and an additional room with a bunkbed. Perfect for a family of 4 even. We can't wait to get back, we're already planning our next vacation.

You will definitely not be disappointed if you rent this home! We are a family of 14, 8 adults and 6 children. This home was plenty space for all of us. We opened the door and was just amazed at how large this house was from looking at the pictures online. You walk into One really large great room, with the beautiful kitchen to the left and a large dinning table. On the right a big living area with TV and large couch with recliners. Then a long beautiful hallway with pictures on the walls from surrounding beaches so beautiful. Down the hallway you will find massive bedrooms, with a large closet, separate sink, and toilet area with a beautiful glass shower. Each room came with a desk area and a large bay window with a space below the size of a standard bed, 2 children can sleep there. The master room is much larger with a walk-in closet, separate toilet area, has 2 sink vanity, a large walk-in shower and a beautiful large claw footed soaker tub. Also has a sliding glass door with access to the pool area. The pool was perfect for all of us, we all had fun going down the slide. The house comes with a washer n dryer for laundry. The kitchen has a dish washer for easy cleanup with all all the necessities you need to cook n serve your meals. They also provided the soaped needed for these appliances. We had an amazing time staying at the Casa Bonita Beach House and can not wait to return!!! Thank you Mariam for all of your help and support we need to make our vacation amazing! ?

This is the ultimate finest location and family home for any family. The house has private rooms and the kitchen is amazing. The yard has a pool perfect for kids and the monkeys come and watch. We got golf carts a rented car and toys for the family. The best part is concierge service from Mariam . She knows everything about the town the adventures and hacienda pinillas. We surfed everyday. She set us up with ATV ziplining golf horseback riding and restaurants. And a babysitter !The fire show was awesome. We will return hopefully one day and do it all again.

This is the ultimate finest location and family home for any family. The house has private rooms and the kitchen is amazing. The yard has a pool perfect for kids and the monkeys come and watch. Casa Bonita Beach was a fabulous place for our group of eight. The house and outdoor living areas made it seem as though we had ample room all the time. We utilized the outdoor bbq and covered areas for most meals. The pool was ready for swimming first thing every morning and we enjoyed the slide for those quick dips. The privacy of the home made it seem like we were in a jungle with monkeys, birds and lizards in abundance. As mentioned there is construction going on next door but it didn’t bother us at all. They start early but so did we. Hacienda Pinilla was very private and secure. The drive was beautiful other then the first couple miles which is a little rough but not abnormal for Costa Rica. We had access to wonderful beaches, walking/biking trails, golf, the beach club and even a small market. I recommend definitely driving the short way to Playa Longosta. Excellent boogie boarding there! The best part of our stay here was the people that worked with Stay in Tamarindo and the various people they recommended for services. If there was any issue we could get hold of them whether it was a weekend or evening. They excelled at making it easy for us from shuttle service to and from the airport to Amigo’s rental cars delivering our SUV’s to the Casa and even the amazing chef Juan that did an in home meal for us. The biggest win at the end was the in home Covid testing that we were able to have done per Miram’s suggestion. So much better then at the airport! If you are new to Costa Rica make sure and go into Tamarindo for happy hour and a sunset. It is so worth it.

This is a great home. Very well laid out for a large family or two family stay. Features are very modern which makes for a comfortable stay. And Hacienda Pinilla is a great location if you are looking for a quiet and private place to get away. Private that is if you don't mind all the howler monkeys and iguanas who will come and visit you in the backyard during your stay.

The house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean always, the air conditioner worked really well & the house is really close to the main strip in Tamarindo where you can find amazing food & bars. What a beautiful house. We had 4 children with us and we could not get them away from the outside - pool, slide, beach - everything kids (and adults) would want in a vacation. The house is a wonderful, new construction with huge ceilings and plenty of room for everyone. We have been traveling the world and this was our favorite house we rented. The management company (Stay in Tamarindo) was excellent - very responsive, helpful and accommodating. 5 stars for them too. How many times can you say that about a management company! Great memories, we'll be back for sure.

Beautiful Villa. We all had plenty of space to spead out and relax. The outdoor pool, waterslide and grill area got plenty of use. We rented cars which is highly recommended. Tamarindo is about 20 to 30 minite drive, grocery stores are closer though. Loved it!

Our stay in this house was absolutely amazing! The accommodations were perfect for our family. Miriam thank you so much for organizing everything. It was great to have the rental car at the airport. We had an awesome time with all the adventures you booked. It was also a great suggestion to have a chef come in to prepare a delicious authentic meal thank you for a great vacation!

We stayed with the family at this new beautiful home in the eco-community of Hacienda Pinilla, and we can’t explain how much we enjoyed it. We basically choose the house because it’s one story and almost next to the beach, but it was more than we had expected. The private community has its own entrance with private security which gave us that extra peace of mind. The home is very light, super spacious, and clean. It is completely air conditioned with a very silent central system and each room individually controlled. Besides the home, the most impressive feature was the beach, just a few minute walk through the beautiful lush green neighborhood, where we had face to face encounters with howler monkeys, macaws, different species of birds, and even deers. Bonita Beach is a magical secluded beach with reefs and crystalline waters. During low tide it becomes a large lagoon ideal for snorkeling. We saw lobsters, many types of colored fish and even a turtle. It was so exciting. We had the beach and lagoon all to ourselves. A short stroll along the beach, with amazing rock formations and niches, took us over to the JW Marriott where we had a refreshing drink. As we continued our journey over the beach, we arrived to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club where we had a delicious lunch. The home was just spectacular and perfect for a family of 10, since all 4 rooms, with exception of the master, have the same layout, there were no arguments of who got which room. Each room, very spacious and with large closets, had a daybed which made it super comfortable for the kids to hang out and sleep. The light modern kitchen was really a plus as well. The kids were super entertained with the waterslide, and the howler monkeys that hung out in the trees. The evenings we had BBQ dinners outside and watched the stars, we were surprised there were no mosquitos. We even walked to the beach at night on a full moon. It was spectacular! We rented a golf cart for my parents and they loved driving around the communities, golf courses, and going to the beach club. We wished we could have stayed longer. We still wanted to do so much more, including horseback riding on the beach, and going on day trips to other towns and beaches, but time did not permit. We are definitely coming back next year with our adventurous friends whom love to play golf, bike ride, and surf.

Words can not express how amazing our time was at Bonita Beach. We had to move from our home last minute and we contacted Stay In Tamarindo to see if they could help. Stay In Tamarindo and Mariam, the concierge were beyond accommodating. They were amazing to us and turned the whole experience into something we will always remember.
Bonita Beach is a brand new home and you can tell the owners paid attention to every detail. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are gorgeous, the kitchen was fully equipped and the living room was cozy. But nothing beats the pool! The pool was awesome, with a waterfall and waterslide! We spent most of the day there and didn't know what happened to the time. Then, in the evening we walked over to the beach and watched sunset. I can not think of a better way to end your day. We are coming back and next time we are bringing the whole family!!
