Our home is located on family-friendly Pacific Beach just two blocks from the main beach access of Diamond Street where you will find white sandy beaches, surfing, and the famous Crystal Pier. It’s only a 5-minute drive to SeaWorld and a 15-minute drive to the San Diego Zoo at Balboa Park. The San Diego International Airport is only 20 minutes from this home.

We offer high-speed internet access throughout your home so if you need to work or navigate the internet, we have you covered. The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.
There is one shared bath on each floor.

Absolutely loved staying here! The house was well maintained and exactly how the pictures depicted. The outdoor area was very nice, great to hang out on a sunny day! PB Getaway
This house is an ideal location for a vacation with a group of friends or family. Like mentioned in the description it is steps away from both the beach and Garnet Street with the beach access on Diamond. The house was absolutely amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and modern. Living room was super cozy and beds were comfy. Great location for group of friends
Our group of late 20s friends really enjoyed this property. The proximity to the beach cannot be beaten. We loved having activities and restaurants all within walking distance as well as being 10-15 minutes driving from most attractions in the area. The space was perfect and we especially loved the comfortable couches, spacious outdoor area, and fireplace. the communication leading up to our stay was very thorough. We stayed at the Beach House Dec 5-8, 2022.This property is everything they say. Close to the beach, great location for shopping, hiking, restaurant. The house is newly decorated, comfortable sleeping, and well stocked kitchen. I am a cook so appreciated the kitchen, appliances, and having spices and coffee available. My 3 best friends and I loved staying here. A cozy place with plenty of room for all of us. Not Disappointed
This was my first Vrbo rental and was worried about being disappointed as to the actual condition of the property and the adequacy of the location. I was not disappointed. The house was clean, updated, roomy, and well laid out and designed. The location was within a couple of blocks of the ocean (which the kids were very happy with) and many restaurants but provided us a quiet retreat at the end of the day. This is a beautiful, clean and very well located house. Beach is 2 blocks away. Pacific beach downtown and shopping in walking reach. Nice cosy rooms, clean linen, beautiful bathrooms, tech TV’s work well, my family of 4 (2 teenager girls) absolutely loved it. Clear communication from the host all around and no hassle check in. This was the perfect house for my family of 8 adults and 2 kids. It had everything we needed to cook family dinners, including a gas grill. It was a very easy 5 min walk to the beach. Wonderful stay, everything you need!
We loved our stay! The photos depict the property very well. We loved that we could walk to the beach- they even had a cart and sand castle supplies we could take to the beach! We have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s over the years (now with small kids) and this property hands down had EVERYTHING we needed in abundance (kitchen small appliances, cookware, TV’s, excellent internet connectivity). We loved that the property “paid it forward” to the next guest- there was coffee, filters, spaghetti sauce, canned goods, etc. We always hate to trash food that is unopened and could be used for the next guests! Yearly family vacation
This was our first year staying in this property and we loved our trip. It was a bit further from the beach than we typically stay(acouple of blocks) but a short walk and we did it easy with two infants under one and our big family. Great spot
Clean, well furnished spot in the heart of Pacific Beach. Communication was smooth with property manager. The only downside was not getting an update on the late check in request we made months in advance, until 2 days before our stay since flights had been booked. We ended up having to make alternate arrangements finding out so close to our stay that we needed to be out early even with late flights. This was the perfect beach house rental. Close enough to walk to beach and shops but far enough away for peace and quiet. Also scooter rental right across the street was convenient. New Years at Pacific Beach
I have never been treated better by the property manager for any of the other houses we have rented and there have been many. Everything I needed was taken care of immediately. The house is exactly as advertised. The weather was cold the week we were there. So the gas fireplace in the Master BR was a welcome surprise. Fantastic Thanksgiving Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this house! The location is amazing. We hardly went anywhere in the car. We booked this house at the last minute because another house fell through. The property managers were so kind and helpful. We made a full Thanksgiving meal there and everything worked so well. The house is well stocked with a variety of needed items. There were beach towels, toys, chairs, wagon and everything. It was easy to communicate with the property managers and they were very responsive. Excellent management and property very good
The presentation, layout, furnishings were top notch. The outside area was smaller that I imagined but there were plenty of tables and chairs. I did have difficulty understanding the layout but it is 2 BR/1B up and 2BR/1B down. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are large. The wagon and beach toys were a boon since we traveled from Colorado. In particularly the kitchen was large and well stocked. I found this critical since we were/are still under Covid Caution. This house is beautiful and very close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and more.
The furnishings and beds were very comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was well-appointed with upscale small and large appliances, and all the cookware and dishes one would need.
It’s the extras that made the difference. From beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys for the beach to cooking oil, condiments, and spices for cooking - everything there was well thought out and tastefully done.

Family Celebraton for My 80th Birthday and our Granddaughter's 14th.
This house is spectacular. It was a perfect for the occasion. Our granddaughter and I share the same birthday which this year happened to be on a Saturday. Our granddaughter had 3 girlfriends stop by on Saturday to go to the beach. After their time at the beach we had a small party for her on the patio. It was ideal. Later the family had a party for me before going to a nearby restaurant for a dinner with family and friends. We have 3 sons and 2 grandchildren .... the girl who turned 14 and a grandson who turns 19 in a few days. Our middle son and his wife came from Covina, CA and the youngest and his wife came down from Washington state, The oldest son and his family live in the San Diego area. During these weird times my family found solace here. The property was clean and well connected to the foundation of the Pacific Beach community. Outstanding parking, friendly and positive neighbors, good proximity to faster paces of life if wanted, and down the street from Blenders eye wear! Great house in a great location
Very comfortable house in an awesome spot in pacific beach.. All the amenities and furnishings were great and the outdoor patio area was great for relaxing. Would highly recommend this property.Jeffrey D. - Posted: 4/19/2021
