Construction Note: Please note that there is construction near the villa. In certain weeks this is very subtle but at other moments, depending on the construction phase, it can be more active/noisy.

Located in a private and gated community right on the beach between two of the most well known places in the area, this beautiful villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 families or a group of friends in a unique, private and safe location.

Its privileged location will make your vacations easier! It takes a couple of minutes to walk down to the beach, so you will be able to get to the surf stop walking, or to restaurants and shops.

**Please note that cancellations made 95 days or more, prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 95 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless the dates can be re-rented for the same amount as the original reservation. In this case, the guest will be charged a 25% re-booking fee.
