This breathtaking beachfront estate is truly one-of-a kind. Located right on the beach of Hacienda Pinilla, a 4500 acre residential property just south of Tamarindo with a world class 18 hole golf course, a private beach club and theJW Marriott. Casa Serena will enchant you. From the koi pond entrance complete with waterfall to the expansive front terrace with infinity edge ocean front pool it will take your breath away.
Casa Serena is the only home directly on the beach in Hacienda Pinilla with a full gym & spa. This is a newly completed luxury home and is only available to rent a few times per year. You will have a house manager, Ismael each day and a maid 4 hours each day, except Sunday and holidays.
No need to leave the property to workout or have a spa treatment. There is a fully equipped gym (a list of equipment available) with free weights and machines. There is a sauna and a special spa room for massages and facials. We will arrange for services in house from a list we will provide for you to choose from.
The villa is set above the beach so that while in the pool you can watch the waves crash on the white sand shore. You and your guests will be able to choose to relax under the trellis in one of the many chaise lounges, or sit under the domed portico at the poolside dining set. Or sink into a bar chair on the shady porch to enjoy a movie or sporting event on the flat screen TV mounted above the bar in front of the outdoor kitchen, complete with gas bbq grill & sink with bar counter. The outdoor bar and kitchen leads into the main indoor living area through sliding glass doors. This great room with its cathedral ceilings features a large leather couch, another flat screen TV, the indoor dining area and the gourmet kitchen, which has every amenity, including a separate wine refrigerator. There is a separate apartment located on the ground floor with a king bedroom suite with bathroom and small kitchenette.
