Villa Terracota and Villa Tierra together, The Ocio Combo, are two spectacular two-story houses nestled up in the hill overlooking Santa Teresa Beach.

This incredible five-star property is the definition of rustic and contemporary luxury, an amazing set of two villas inspired by nature and with a Moroccan style. The villas are nestled in a secluded part of the Costa Rican jungle overlooking the Nicoya Peninsula coastline of Mal Pais and Santa Teresa.

This private residency is composed of two residences:

Villa Terracota, a new 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. A unique villa located in a 17,500 sq ft (1600m) exclusive property, the perfect place for family meetings, a retreat with friends, or a romantic escape. 

Villa Tierra is a private villa that has 2 bedrooms, and 2 and a half bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people within 4,500 sq ft (420m) of a combination of rustic and contemporary styles. This unique villa is the perfect place for a retreat with your loved ones.

• Bedroom 5, with two twin-size beds, en-suite full bathroom, and closet.

Villa Terracota (Sleeps 4)
• Master Bedroom 1, with a king-size bed, en-suite full bathroom, and closet, and incredible views.
• Bedroom 2, with a queen-size bed, en-suite full bathroom, and closet. 
• One additional half bathroom 
 
**Both houses can be rented separately or together for a large group, sleeping up to 14 guests combined**

**First night deposit is due on the day of booking, and this deposit is refundable. The full remaining balance is due as per the schedule below. Once this amount is taken, the full stay value becomes non-cancellable, non-refundable & non-changeable. High season = 60 days out, Green season= 30 days out, Peak season = 90 days out.
