INTERNET

We offer 100 Mbps of internet access throughout your home so if you need to work or navigate the internet, we have you covered. The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.

Holidays are exciting, but before you book, please check your dates and only select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. •Please note: We want to be completely transparent with our guests, so we'd like to mention that there is an ongoing construction project located next door scheduled to end in February 2024. Rest assured that we have taken measures to minimize any possible disruptions during your stay, including providing earplugs for your convenience.
We understand that construction activity can be more pronounced from now until November 2023. So, we have significantly discounted our rates during this period to compensate for any inconvenience that may arise.
It is essential to us that you have a pleasant and relaxing experience, especially during special occasions like Christmas and New Year. There should be no renovation work during this festive period or, if at all, any noise should be more superficial, until February 2024, end of the construction. Our stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Dani went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. He helped us book incredible excursions that captured the essence of Costa Rica, from zip-lining to snorkeling and hiking to breathtaking waterfalls. Dani also provided excellent restaurant recommendations, treating our taste buds to a culinary delight. The Enclave exceeded our expectations

Wow! The Enclave exceeded our expectations in every way! First, so glad we decided to rent the 5-bedroom as it fit our entire family so comfortably – not to mention how beautifully the décor and furnishings were. The location is perfect, just a 10–15-minute walk and 5-minute drive to the beach where we enjoyed the beautiful sunset at LOLAs along with a refreshing cocktail! It’s a Must! Plus, there were so many other local restaurants nearby, so we had a great variety to choose from… Burgers at Barumi’s to Pizza at Il Rustico. The rental company “Stay in Tamarindo” was amazing as they set up all our excursions and made the best dinner reservations! The kids loved the huge pool at the Enclave – and me and my husband loved the rooftop view of the sunset each night. This vacation was Pura Vida – highly recommend!

The Enclave at Avellanas Beach

The Enclave at Avellanas Beach is the perfect place to stay in Costa Rica. The home was brand new construction, ultra modern beach style with chic furniture. Next, the pool was paradise during the day, but even better at night as it was all lit up with every color of the rainbow. The Enclave is a private gated community with 24 hour security, walking paths, gardens and pools. We were only minutes to many types of delicious restaurants. We ate homemade pizza and pasta at Il Rustico. Then we indulged with yummy Gelato down the street. We also ate at the famous beach bar called Lola's. The fish and chips was incredible. The stargazing sessions from the huge roof deck were a personal highlight for me. The Enclave is only a few minutes to the sandy beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters . The Enclave is a growing community and although there's some construction going on outside of our pod, it had no effect on our stay as we heard no noise from inside our fenced in area. I wholeheartedly recommend The Enclave to anyone seeking a memorable and enriching vacation. 5 stars for sure!
