We loved staying 3 weeks at the Enclave. The house is brand new, clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. Even though the rest of the project is under construction, the house is far enough from it so that you don’t hear it at all. The Enclave is close to the beach and many lovely restaurants. The pool is warm and clean. Dani is an amazing host. He provided help with local fresh food delivery (meat, desserts, fruits and vegetables) and also helped us book amazing tours for our kids. He is very attentive to guests needs and we greatly appreciated all his recommendations and help! We can’t wait to get back there!

Great stay at the Enclave!

One of the first things I said to my wife when we arrived was, "You know how you see pictures of your booking and then you show up and the actual location does not live up to the photos? This place is the complete opposite of that!" We stayed in B5 and the house is absolutely gorgeous! It's clean, modern and in a great up-and-coming location. There is security on-site with a locked gate. The only thing better than the house was Dani, our concierge. He made sure we felt right at home and that we had everything we needed for a great stay. While not everything went perfectly, he was able to resolve any problems promptly. We highly recommend this location for anyone traveling to Costa Rica.

La casa es excelente, muy bien equipada y con buena ubicación. Tiene muy buenos acabados y esta a 1,5 km de Avellanas y de otras playas lindisimas como Lagartillo, Blanca, Negra entre otras. En la cercanía también se encuentran algunos mercados y restaurantes (aunque sean pocas opciones). En todo caso esta relativamente cerca de otras zonas donde podrás tener mas acceso a mercados o servicios en general (farmacia por ejemplo).
El condo tiene una linda piscina y es bastante seguro. Algunos puntos que considero relevante informar: 1. el condo esta en desarrollo, con muchas casas en construcción (pero no nos ha generado ninguno inconveniente); 2. el parqueo esta a unos 60-100m de la casa (importante para el día a día, sobretodo para cargar / descargar), también no tiene techo, así que tanto para el sol como para la lluvia, hay que estar preparado. El host Daniel nos ha pasado muy buenos tips y nos ha asesorado de forma muy cordial. Esperamos regresar al futuro! ?

Pese a que el área de enclave todavía se encuentra en construcción, nos alegra saber que no les haya causado molestias. De igual forma, ajustamos los precios hasta que se finalicen dichas construcciones.

Lugar muy lindo, tranquilo, tal cual las fotos. La casa muy completa con todo lo necesario. Daniel el anfitrión muy atento y pendiente de cualquier duda. No hay supermercados cerca, por lo que es mejor llevar todo lo necesario. Playa preciosa cerca a menos de 3 min en carro. Recomendado full Restaurante Lola’s para pasar el día. Tienen ganada una cliente!!!

Muchas gracias por tu comentario Johanna. Nos alegra que que hayas disfrutada de tu estancia en la casa. Respecto al supermercado, como bien dices el más cercano esta a 20 minutos en coche. Lo que hay cerca de la casa son Pulperías o minisúper que si quedan a menos de 10 minutos en coche. Pero siempre aconsejamos que la compra grande se haga pre check-in. Esperamos que nos vuelvan a visitar pronto.

Hello, we are the Costello family. We had a great stay at this property. I would highly recommend it to anybody. Dani, the host, was very attentive to all of our needs. The property is very quiet and secluded.if you are looking for a very private, secluded and quiet area, this is the spot! They also have 24hr security.We made a couple of minor suggestions to the host and we believe that they are going to take care of the small requests which will make this place even greater! Please be aware that as you’re driving to the location you will have to drive about 20 minutes on a dirt road that will require a 4WD vehicle, especially if it’s raining. Also, the pizzeria down the road “il Rustico” has amazing Pizza and you can catch and amazing sunset view while having dinner at Lola’s. We highly recommend you try during your stay. The place was roomy, beautiful and full of light... very refreshing! Brand new and modern. The property was safe and secure with around the clock security. Minutes from the beach and and great restaurants Barumis', Lola's and IL Rustico. Every local we met was friendly and welcoming. Dani was a great host. Friendly, helpful and responsive. The pool was a nice place to relax and was beautiful at night.
Location: Once you turn off the Main Street you have about 15 minutes of unpaved road and it is a rough ride. If it was paved this place would be perfect. But it also fell like we were getting a real Costa Rica experience. Hahaha :)
We were the second guest and gave some suggestions to Dani. So I am sure this place will get even better.
I almost forgot. The primary bathroom has a pseudo outside shower. That was my favorite unique feature.

Es war einfach perfekt, Pool wurde jeden Tag geputzt, unsere Kontaktperson war immer da, er hat uns hunderte Sachen empfohlen, die wir machen konnten, egal ob Restaurant oder Aktivitäten.
Wenn man sonst in Costa Rica unterwegs ist, denkt man überhaupt nicht, dass es so wunderschöne häuser überhaupt gibt.
Als wir in San Jose angekommen sind, hatte ich ursprünglich gar keine Lust auf Costa Rica, mir wurde dort die Kette geklaut, die Restaurants waren scheise und alles war einfach heruntergekommen.
Dann sind wir nach Tamarindo gefahren und alles hat sich 180grad gedreht. Die Unterkunft ist Nigelnagel neu, ich hab mich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt, die Begrüßung war herzlich und freundlich. Man ist 5 min vom Strand entfernt, wahrscheinlich auch der schönste Strand in Costa Rica. Man kann dort super surfen, Wellen bei unserer Ankunft 5meter hoch.
Zipline ist 10 Minuten entfernt . Security ist Tag und Nacht da.
Rundum glücklich mit der Unterkunft!
