Sunrise, in the center of town, has controlled access with 24-hour security, so you can leave your worries at home when you go out to explore the town, cool off in the Ocean, or spend an entire day on an adventure tour.  You’ll be just across the street from a small grocery store and the beach!

Perfect spot
This condo is in an absolutely perfect spot in Tamarindo - beach is right there. Great surf rental spot ver close by and a good location to walk just about anywhere.

Le logement était parfait. Super bien situé, propre et correspondait totalement à la description. Beaucoup de service offert avec le service de conciergerie, dont le shuttle pour venir nous chercher et ramener à l’aéroport. Le chauffeur était super sympathique et nous expliquais plein de chose intéressante sur le Costa Rica. Je recommande fortement.

I love the sunrise condos and have been back to stay many times. Unit 3 is a great condo with all most everything you need. Would love a bbq, but other than that it is perfect. Stay in Tamarindo is a great partner to rent through and help when you need anything.

This condo was very comfortable and in a great location. If you are coming from abroad, you will not need a car rental if your plan is to hang at the beach in Tamarindo. There are super markets, shops and restaurants all around you and the beach is just across the street. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful property.

Vacationing and time with family
This condo was very comfortable and in a great location. If you are coming from abroad, you will not need a car rental if your plan is to hang at the beach in Tamarindo. There are super markets, shops and restaurants all around you and the beach is just across the street. The only thing I would point out is that the Condo does not have beach chairs available ( they Do have all the linens and beach towels) so if you need chairs you will need to rent them on the beach. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful property.

Location, location and upscale
The property is amazing the perfect size for me and family. We were 5 and everyone had their own space. We felt like home. View to the pool, all the amenities amazing just get your food and they have the rest for you. We walked every where, a lot of activities and restaurants. Security 24 hours provides you a peace of mind. Everyone very helpful. ! Well recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Location was perfect. Close to everything including the beach! We stayed three nights and never moved our car. We walked everywhere. Great condo. Perfect for our family of 5. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool.

We are very lucky to have our kids and grandkids visiting for three weeks, we spent five days in Sunrise 3. The views were amazing, the condo had everything we needed to cook a lot of our meals there and enough space for us to spend time together. Our favorite was meals on the patio area overlooking the pool and waterfall. Another thing we really liked was the closeness to the ocean and shopping but the fact that it was still very quiet at night. Loved the condo.

Outstanding experience
My long time friend and I rented a condo at Sunrise. It comes with a full kitchen, great space for hanging out, a beautiful spacious patio, and nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is in the heart of Tamarindo and across from the beautiful beach and ocean. If you want a great Costa Rican experience, I recommend booking a condo at Sunrise.

Definitely recommend Sunrise 3
This property is great. It is located right in the town across from the beach. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The place inside was very nice and clean. It is spacious. Once you book this property it is farmed out to another company located in Costa Rica that helps with your check in and anything you need while in Costa Rica. They set up day adventures for us, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, and the required Covid test to get back into the US. Cris and Adrianna from that company were really responsive and helpful. They made our trip that much better.

Overall great stay, I will stay here again. Sunrise #3
Hi, Overall it was an excellent choice for our family, It was on the expensive side of my personal budget but it lived up to our expectations and we would return or recommend. The 3 bedroom condo was clean and was plenty big four our family of 4 adults and 3 girls. The condo also has a nice communal pool that can be enjoyed by all guests. The pool was well cleaned daily and taken advantage of by guest but never it got busy or crowded. (kids love the waterfall) Some days it was a quiet reading place sometimes it was a nice social and drinking place. We met some great people that were staying longterm that shared great tips about the area and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great being only 1 min from the beach and countless restaurants within 5 mins. (But beware that Tamarindo have very similar prices then Canada/US if not more expensive for restaurants, groceries, souvenirs and activities.) The beach was great for kids and adults even if there is big waves. (The huge tide is great) Pros -A/C (a must) -Nice pool -Big bedrooms with lots of storage. -Modern stove, fridge, washer & dryer. -Blender for drinks. -1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single bed. -Ocean and pool view. -Friendly longterm guests -Easy to get around on foot. -Security at Gate always friendly and always greeted us, especially my daughters that made them feel comfortable. Overall great stay, I will stay here again. Sunrise #3
Hi, Overall it was an excellent choice for our family, It was on the expensive side of my personal budget but it lived up to our expectations and we would return or recommend. The 3 bedroom condo was clean and was plenty big four our family of 4 adults and 3 girls. The condo also has a nice communal pool that can be enjoyed by all guests. The pool was well cleaned daily and taken advantage of by guest but never it got busy or crowded. (kids love the waterfall) Some days it was a quiet reading place sometimes it was a nice social and drinking place. We met some great people that were staying longterm that shared great tips about the area and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great being only 1 min from the beach and countless restaurants within 5 mins. (But beware that Tamarindo have very similar prices then Canada/US if not more expensive for restaurants, groceries, souvenirs and activities.) The beach was great for kids and adults even if there is big waves. (The huge tide is great) Pros -A/C (a must) -Nice pool -Big bedrooms with lots of storage. -Modern stove, fridge, washer & dryer. -Blender for drinks. -1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single bed. -Ocean and pool view. -Friendly longterm guests -Easy to get around on foot. -Security at Gate always friendly and always greeted us, especially my daughters that made them feel comfortable. Great Stay at Sunrise 3
Had an amazing stay at Sunrise 3. The condo was just as pictured and was conveniently located next to several surf shops, markets, and the beach. The unit was clean and in great condition. Adriana and her staff were also incredibly responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!.

I've stayed in different condos all over the world and this place has everything!! Location, Great seafood nearby especially Pangas!! Big rooms, outstanding views. Great pool with waterfalls that feel like a massage. I'm bringing a group next time and staying here!! Tom

Muchas Gracias Mario por sus comentarios! Estamos muy felices de saber que les gusto el condominio y que pasaron unas excelentes vacaciones. Es cierto que Sunrise condos tienen la ubicacion perfecta, en el corazon del pueblo, solo hay que cruzar la calle para estar en la playa y ademas todo esta al alcance, como supermercados, tiendas, etc. Gracias una vez mas por hospedarse con nosotros y esperamos que nos visiten muy pronto!

Great Place in Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in the perfect location...right across the street from the beach and walking distance to everything. There's an awesome little restaurant right outside the condo that is perfect for breakfast or lunch. The pool is clean and beautiful and widely used by guests. The condo itself is lovely and was very clean. We had issues with the safe...the key they provided did not fit the safe. After contacting them a few times and a few attempts to fix the issue, we just gave up and hid our stuff. This was a bit frustrating. The only other issue we had was with the shades in the master bedroom. The cords are all tangled up and it is very difficult to open them. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. Loved our time in Tamarindo!
