INTERNET

We offer 100 Mbps of internet access throughout your home so if you need to work or navigate the internet, we have you covered. The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.


LOCATION & SURROUNDING AREAS

This home is inside Senderos, a gated community that enhances your security by providing restricted access and 24-hour guard service at the entrance.  Located at the hilltop is surrounded by the flora and fauna of Guanacaste’s tropical dry forest.  It overlooks the Las Baulas National Park which is the nesting ground of the endangered Leatherback sea turtle.
• Just up the hill from the beach and the town of Tamarindo
• About 30 minutes from many other beautiful beaches for surfing and beach walking

We highly recommend you visit and review our Terms and Conditions page to know all the details about your trip, payments, security deposits, cancellation policies, and more. This home is not recommended for children or those with mobility issues due to the open concept design and steepness of the walkways. There is also a construction site near the home at the moment which is why we have dropped the rental price for the time being. This provides a great opportunity for those wanting to experience this home at a cheaper price. The provided rates pertain to the primary residence, which consists of three bedrooms. In addition, there are two supplementary bungalows available, each featuring private pools, catering specifically to larger groups exceeding seven guests.


And, before you embark on this unforgettable journey, we want to ensure you have all the details. Please note that there are a few flights of stairs leading to the front door of Casa Biarritz. However, we can assure you that the breathtaking views and exceptional experience awaiting you make it all worthwhile.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly request an adult-only environment at Casa Biarritz. This ensures a serene and peaceful ambiance, allowing you to fully unwind and embrace the tranquility that surrounds you.
